Q. Do you offer a drop off location?
A. Yes!  Please visit our Greenwood shop at 3209 W. Smith Valley Rd. Suite 99  or our
Fishers authorized drop-off location at 11807 Allisonville Rd.

Q. How long will you have my computer?
A. One to three days in most cases.  We're shooting for one, but will give you an idea
before you bring it in based on the service needed.  Turn around will be expedited if you
have the original CDs that came with the computer and if you can offer a description of
the symptoms.  The recovery CDs make it easier to re-install drivers.  Drop off repairs at
authorized drop-off locations are subject to
Authoized Drop-Off Locations Schedule.

Q. Do you sell parts?
A. No. We can advise you what to buy and can install it after the purchase.  This allows
you to search for the best deal on a part if you wish without being tied into our offerings
and also allows you to take advantage of any manufacturer or retail rebates that would
not be available if we bought the part.  You can also order the part online and have it
shipped to us if you prefer not to go to a store and pick it up. Some very basic items we
keep on hand as a convenience.

Q. Do you offer remote assistance?
A. Yes. If you are able to access your broadband connection, simply visit
www.techinline.net and follow the prompts (including allowing ActiveX). Then call us
with the 6 digit number that is generated which we can use to gain access with your
permission.  For established customers that are able to connect to the Internet with a
broadband connection. We recommend setting up a free account at
www.logmein.com
and sending me an invitation.

Q. Do you offer after hours or emergency service?
A. Yes.

Q. Can you recover lost data or back up data?
A. In many cases yes. Success rate is over 85%.

Q. Can you move data and programs from one computer to another.
A. Yes. (barring compatibility problems between operating systems)

Q. Do you offer on-site service?
A. Yes. If you are having problems getting your equipment to "mesh" together it is better
to service the computer on-site. High speed Internet connection issues require on-site
service.

Q. Is it ever better to carry-in instead?
A. Yes. For sluggish systems that have unknown problems whether due to spyware,
viruses or adware it can require long scan periods and several reboots to ensure the
system is clean. By doing this here I can work on other computers at the same time
and keep costs down for you.

Q. Do you offer general instruction and advice to update and maintain my own
system?
A.  Yes. By appointment on-site. We would love for you to know how to work on your own
PC.  Schedule an appointment for hourly instruction.

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?
A.  Yes. If the problem recurs within two weeks contact us for immediate repair.  Also, if
we can't fix it there's no charge if it was a dropped off. Onsite hourly rates are still
subject to one hour minimum.  Diagnostics that conclude motherboard and/or
processor failure incur just a $45 bench on drop off service.

Q. Will you install used hardware if I provide it?
A.  Yes, as long as you assume the risk of whether or not it functions.

Q. Do you work on Macs?
A. We do offer limited service on Macs. Give us a description and we'll let you know if it's
within our scope or recommend someone else.
