business clients. Our focus is on quality customer service. We offer personal
service as an alternative to higher volume big box repair depots. We troubleshoot
and repair both hardware and software problems locally. We offer a
tune-up/optimization for your PC that improves performance considerably in most
cases. Our technicians set up wireless networks in your home or office for both
Mac & PC. Data recovery has become a very popular requested service at Geek
in Pink and we are happy to report our success rate is over 85%. Virus removal is
another commonly needed service. We differ from many places in that we don't
systematically reinstall the operating system unless it's absolutely needed. If we
can conserve your environment and completely remove the infection without doing
a destructive re-installation where you lose all your programs and user files, we opt
for that instead as long as the machine is stable after the clean-up.
As many people are using their computers simply as internet appliances, the
demands on machines are often less. This means that older computers may once
